AVAILABILITY

Extreme Winter Equipment makes every effort to ensure that the availability of the products on the site is always up to date.

However, in the unlikely event that a product listed as available is out of stock, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail so that he can decide whether to wait for the product to be available again, or cancel the order in whole or in part, eliminating the order products no longer available in stock.

In the event that the availability of the product is due to a final stop of extreme production, it will propose an alternative product to the customer, in case of refusal by the customer Extreme Winter Equipment will reimburse the unavailable product.

SHIPMENTS

The goods will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.

The expected delivery times are determined by:

  • payment method chosen (pay pal, cash on delivery or early transfer)
  • delivery location: 1-2 working days in all Italy except for uncomfortable areas or islands to which 2-3 days should be added.

Extreme upon receipt of the order dispatches the material quickly, but is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier for strikes, bridges and holidays.

RETURNS

RETURN PROCEDURES ARE SIMPLE AND FAST

To exercise this right the customer must request authorization from Extreme Winter Equipment to return or exchange goods, sending the request by e-mail to: extremewinter@extremewinter.it

Once the return authorization has been received, the customer who wishes to exercise this right must return the goods within 30 days of receipt to: Extreme Winter Equipment srl via 1 May 32 46039 Villimpenta MN

Insert a reminder in the package with the request for a refund or change of size.

By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable it to file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.

EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 calendar days from the return of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in cases where EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT ascertains:

  • Damage to the product is due to causes other than its packaging
  • the product defect is due to improper use or washing
  • in the case of particularly discounted items and end of series where it is indicated in the descriptions

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, EXTREME WINTER EQUIPMENT will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
